Terms and Conditions of our No Success No Fee Plan

CWPL charges are based on the time work and expenses we spend on your claim, plus GST. 

CWPL does NOT take a percentage of any Settlement Funds your recover.

We will provide more information and the full terms and conditions if we offer you our No Success No Fee Plan: an additional Uplift Fee (a percentage of some of the fees) applies, as permitted by the law.  All refences to the Plan in this site, incorporates the foregoing.

    A spouse/ de-facto partner at the date of death
  • A child (including an adopted child), step child, a person who was treated by the
    deceased as their child and who thought that the deceased was their parent, or
  • Certain members or former members of the deceased’s household
